Spinach Artichoke Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese, divided
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Stir until well mixed. Pour dip into an oven safe dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.

I like pita chips or toasted baguette bread to go with the dip.
