Chicken Soup

1-2 lbs. bone-in skin-on chicken breasts
8 cups water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Nature's Seasons seasoning
2 cups cut-up carrot pieces
2 cups cut-up celery pieces
8 ounces Kluski noodles

Cover chicken with water in a large pot, add chicken bouillon, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add carrots and celery and simmer for 30 minutes more.

Remove the chicken from the broth and let cool. Skim off any foam from the broth. Add the noodles to the broth. While the noodles cook, remove the chicken meat from the bones and add to the soup. Add the Nature's Seasons seasoning. Cook until the noodles are done.

Add more salt, pepper, and Nature's Seasons to taste.
