Chili

1 pound ground beef
Salt and pepper
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato puree
1 can water
1 can tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
2 tablespoons chili powder
Tabasco sauce to taste
1/2 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked (optional)


Add salt and pepper to the ground beef. Brown the meat with the pepper, onion, and celery. Add tomato puree, tomatoes, water and chili powder. Simmer. Cook noodles and add to the chili. Add kidney beans. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream.
