3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
Skinless peanuts
Beat butter until fluffy, beat in sugars, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla.
Mix in flour.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press peanut into center of cookies.
Bake at 350° until light brown, about 6 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
