Broccoli Salad

2 bunches broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
10 slices bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled
1 red onion, sliced into thin rings, separated
1 cup miracle whip
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar


Combine broccoli, bacon, and onion in a large bowl. Prepare dressing by combining the rest of the ingredients. Pour over broccoli mixture and mix well. Refrigerate.

Optional: Top with 8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese.
