Chili Cheese Fritos Corn Salad

2-15 oz. cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 10.5 oz. coarsely crushed Chili Cheese Fritos
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a large bowl toss together corn, cheese, red pepper and onion. Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

Add corn chips just before serving.

** I like to substitute 2-3 ears of freshly grilled corn on the cob. Wait until corn is cooled and cut it off the cob. A little charring on the corn from the grill adds a nice flavor.
