Swiss Steak

1 round steak (1 - 2 pounds)
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 small onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
flour


Cut round steak into strips. Dip into flour, sprinkle with salt and pepper and brown in sauté pan. In a casserole dish, mix tomato sauce, tomato soup, add one can of water, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the onion. Place browned steak into the sauce and bake at 325° for 1 and 1/2 hours covered.
