Cinnamon Rolls

1 cup water
2 tbsp. butter
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2-1/2 tsp. dry yeast


Mix ingredients in bread maker on dough cycle. Roll out dough into a 9-inch square. Spread 2 tablespoons of butter over dough.

Spread on filling:

1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon


Roll dough up tightly, pinch to seal. Cut roll into 1-inch slices. Place in greased pan, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until double in size. 

Bake at 375ยบ for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. 

Drizzle with glaze.

Glaze:
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 - 2 tbsp. milk


Mix until smooth.
