Lemon Drop Martini

2 oz. vodka
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup

Superfine sugar
Lemon, thinly sliced

In a cocktail shaker half full of ice, add the vodka, triple sec, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well.

Take a lemon wedge and rub the rim of a martini glass. Dip the rim in superfine sugar.

Pour the drink into a sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
