Peach Sangria

3 cups sliced peaches
2 cups raspberries
750 ml Pinot Grigio
1 cup simple syrup
1 cup peach schnapps
1 bottle champagne (I use Prosecco)

Add fruit to a large pitcher.
Pour the wine, peach schnapps and simple syrup over the fruit and stir.
Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
Pour equal amounts of wine mixture and champagne into glasses when ready to serve.
