Tenderlion Tips

1 1/2 pounds tenderloin steak, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sliced onions
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup red wine
1 cup beef broth
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour


Make sure steak cubes are even in size. 
Salt and pepper the beef then sauté the beef and onions in the olive oil until browned. 
Add the mushrooms and red wine. 
Cook until mushrooms are done, approximately 5 minutes. 
Add the butter and flour, stir until blended in. 
Slowly add the beef broth and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve over noodles.
