Cheesecake

2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 cup half & half
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 eggs, separated
Mix cream cheese, half & half, sugar, and flour until well blended. Add vanilla and lemon juice. In a separate bowl, blend egg yolks until they turn light yellow. Add the egg yolk mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well. 
Whip egg whites until they peak. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
Mix crumbs and butter. Press crumbs into the sides and bottom of a tube pan. Pour batter over crust.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Cool. Refrigerate.
